Meet Ben – Coaching Depth, Dreaming Insight, and Dynamic Group Work
I’m Ben, an Executive Coach and facilitator with a unique blend of Jungian insight, systems psychodynamics, and immersive learning. Rooted in both Sweden and Germany, fluent in English, German, and Swedish, I bring global experience from public service, media, and cross-cultural leadership. I’ve coached, facilitated, and led teams across Europe and Asia, always with a focus on human depth and group dynamics. Trained at INSEAD (Executive Master in Change) in Singapore and certified as a Jungian Coach (2910-2310-77) through the C G Jung Centre and the IAJCC in London, I combine rigorous education with years of hands-on facilitation. My work bridges the individual, the collective, and the unconscious. |
Social Dreaming
First explored during my studies at INSEAD, Social Dreaming is my signature offering . It’s a powerful method for unlocking collective insight through shared dreamwork—especially useful in multicultural teams and transformation processes. I lead dream matrices where participants explore unconscious patterns, sparking creativity, reflection, and connection.
Coaching
As a certified Jungian Coach, I support leaders and teams to grow with depth and purpose. Drawing from Jungian psychology and systems psychodynamics, I help clients navigate change, uncover hidden drivers, and align inner values with outer leadership.
Multi-Party Simulations
These immersive learning experiences mirror real-life organisational complexity. Participants take on stakeholder roles and collaborate across tensions and boundaries. As a facilitator, I ensure deep learning in a psychologically safe space, making visible what often remains hidden in group dynamics and leadership.

Meet Kristin - Jungian Coach & Spiritual Life Coach
Kristin is a certified Jungian Coach, trained by the CGJC, and a registered member of the IAJCC (3009-2313-35), as well as a spiritual life coach (by Laura Malina Seiler) who guides people into deeper dialogue with their inner world. Through symbols, archetypes and stories Kristin helps clients discover resources that foster clarity, creativity and authentic presence. Her path as a professional camerawoman across cultures has shaped her sensitivity for the unseen dimensions of human experience, which she now brings into her coaching practice. Kristin brings a depth-oriented approach to coaching, rooted in her passion for stories, fairytales, and symbolic narratives as pathways of transformation. Having lived and worked in Japan, Taiwan, Germany, Southeastern Europe, and Scandinavia, she developed a keen sensitivity to cultural nuances and the “silent stories” they carry. |
Clients describe her presence as intuitive and attuned, creating space where unspoken layers of experience can surface and integrate. Through lectures and workshops, she shares insights on archetypal wisdom of stories and their potential for personal and collective growth.
